Proper training is essential in getting the most out of a feature rich program like SMP/IS. Merry Mechanization offers a number of training options, geared to suit a wide range of needs:

Training in Florida: Standard and Advanced
The Standard Training Classes are small and there is ample opportunity for one-on-one interaction with the instructor. The Standard Training Class for 3D Modeling and Programming is four days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and then a partial fifth day to discuss each customer's specific questions or concerns. The 2D+ class is two days, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a partial third day for specific concerns. Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Advanced Training classes are held throughout the year and last for four days. Participants are briefed on new software features and in-depth functionality, and are encouraged to bring their parts and work with the instructor to increase their efficiency and productivity with the software. Approximately 90% of the class is set aside to address individual challenges or areas of specific interest. In addition, customers current on the Maintenance Plan are entitled to two Advanced Florida training classes per year at no charge. Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Training via Remote Access
Remote access training is also available. A support technician will be assigned to work with you to install the software, make the internet connection, and begin the training. The training schedule is then arranged between you and the Support Technician so that you can continue production while learning SMP.

Training CD
The training CD, along with the complementary PDF workbook, supplements the training classes and provides a ready reference source. It is especially valuable when used in conjunction with remote access training, but can also be used as a tutorial at your facility.
