TNA is designed to process your parts from start to finish without user intervention. Just add a batch of CAD files or existing SMP parts to the CAD File List and specify how you want the parts to be programmed and nested. Then you just click a button and walk away!

The processing options are very extensive and include options such as how to track CAD files, how to AutoPunch/AutoLaser, how to handle repositions, and much much more! For instance, you may want it to AutoLaser the parts, subroutine them, nest them on a 96" x 48" sheet using NestMaster, optimize the sheet and automatically reposition if needed. TNA will do ALL of this and write the code so that all you have to do is send the code to the machine. You could also have it import the parts without lasering them individually, nest the parts for common edge cutting in NestMaster and AutoLaser the nest using the common edge cutting settings.

To start the process, you create jobs by giving TNA a list of parts that will use one particular profile. The profile is the "Part Details" for those parts and includes information such as material, titleblock, and machine information. The profiles can be saved for later use. Typically you would want all parts of one particular material to constitute one job. Set the processing and nesting options for that job and save it. You can create as many other jobs as you need to according to the different materials and settings you want for your parts. When you're done and all jobs are saved, click "Run Jobs" and you're finished. TNA will program and nest your parts. When it's done, you just send the code to the machine. It's like having a robot programming your parts!
