"I have greatly enjoyed using SMP/IS. It is very simple to work with and not a day goes by that I don't find something useful in the process of NC programming.

Just installed the latest Version. You people really know how to make a programmer's job easy. The bells and whistles that I'm discovering! I really like the enhancements, like Mirror Hits, and the Graphical Tool Load.

You have really outdone yourselves. They have added a few more machines to our plant, added more programs to do, but with SMP/IS I'm able keep up. Excellent!

I program 5 Amadas -- two Pegas, a Coma and two Vellas -- three with auto-indexing; I average 125 programs a week.

It is a joy to use the software. Keep up the good work!

For our needs, SMP/IS software is great. We can easily draw a part in CAD, download it to SMP/IS and have parts in the shop in ten minutes.

There are many beneficial aspects to SMP/IS. The flat layout functionality is indispensable -- it allows us to check the part before production gets the job. CAD interface is simple. We can use a software designed to draw, then use SMP/IS to punch the part. We save time because if a program is wrong,
it takes no time to adjust. We just add the punches and go with it. Material utilization is very good. We can make the blank any size we want.

Overall, it is very simple to use. If you do get stuck, you can go to the online help and usually get your question answered. Technical support is amazing. They can help with any problem.

SMP/IS always works well. We have had no problems with SMP/IS. I especially like being able to easily update our nests whenever we need to.

We hardly need to talk to the support team but, when we do, they are very helpful. Their assistance has always been good.

The advanced training has helped me enhance my methods of operation.
