NCRB is the most advanced reverse engineering software tool in the industry and is unmatched in functionality. NCRB is truly unique in the industry.

NCRB will convert nests or multiples of parts into a single or individual DXF file. It will convert a single NC code file or batches of files all at once.

It can do all of this manually or AUTOMATICALLY!

Many companies do not save the original CAD files after they are programmed, or when new CAM software is implemented and old programmed parts cannot be converted. NCRB provides a solution to these types of problems by reading the NC code and tooling data, and then recreating the part’s geometry. NCRB will then export a DXF file for editing in whatever CAD/CAM software is in use.

NCRB will read the NC program for your sheet metal punch/cutting machine and simulate the program on screen. A single part can be picked to track in, or all parts on the sheet can be tracked. Also track in parts manually, or hit the AutoTrack button and let NCRB do it for you!

When using the automatic version, NCRB will separate each different part on the sheet and export an individual DXF file for it. It will evaluate each part’s geometry so that only one DXF file is exported even if there are multiples of the same part on the sheet.

Do you have a large quantity of NC code files to convert? NCRB can convert batches of files AUTOMATICALLY!

Simply import a list of NC code files and the needed tooling data… and let NCRB run. When it's done, all DXF files will be ready to process in your existing CAD/CAM software.

NCRB can be used in conjunction with SMP/IS; or, as a stand alone product; or, with existing CAD/CAM software.

When integrated with Merry Mechanization's SMP/IS, NCRB can AUTOMATICALLY create a Code to CAD to Code process! So, if you have NC code files and tooling data, NCRB can import the part(s), track it automatically, and export the DXF into SMP/IS. SMP/IS can then automatically punch/cut the part, grid it on the sheet, optimize it and post the NC Code. This makes for a very smooth transition if you are switching your CAD/CAM software to SMP/IS!

If you have updated to a more productive machine, NCRB will substantially reduce the amount of time required in converting your old parts library to parts that can then be programmed for the new machine.
