Optional Modules
Optional modules include Total Nesting Automation (TNA). TNA is designed to process parts from start to finish without user intervention. TNA will program parts for either punch or cutting machines. Simply import a batch of CAD files or existing SMP/IS parts, specify how the parts are to be programmed and nested, and TNA does the rest automatically… “Hands-Off”!

NestMaster (NM) is a dynamic true-shape nesting routine designed to nest parts, and maximize material utilization and productivity.

Several thousand custom machine drivers (also known at “post processors”) have been developed by MMI. They cover virtually every make and model of NC sheet metal fabrication equipment. New machine drivers are continually created to meet the ongoing needs of our customers.
